You may know that by far the most common crystal habit for Magnetite is the octahedron; this piece displays numerous sharply terminated and quite lustrous cubic Magnetite crystals, a hallmark of this locality. This is one of the very few localities where cubic Magnetite has been found, and has been closed to collecting for years. A unique collector’s specimen that is very rarely offered.
