A rare and quite amazing specimen of beautifully formed Coquimbite crystals with Romerite from a new find in Italy. Until this find, the best Coquimbite in the world came from a find in Peru about 12 years ago; this new Coquimbite dwarfs the Peruvian specimens in both crystal size and color. Coquimbite is generally quite sensitive to humidity; this specimen is sealed in an airtight plastic box for protection. All in all, a superbly balanced rarity, with excellent color and contrast and a very aesthetic composition.
