It features two MIRROR-BRIGHT cubes of golden Pyrite to 4.4 cm. intergrown with one another to create a fantastic formation that is quite attractive no matter which side you view it from. I purchased this cluster directly from the mine owner, who informed me that virtually all such “chains” of Pyrite cubes from this locality are reconstructed after removal from the hard clay host rock; this piece is no exception. A really choice example of this material, with a very graceful composition that is dazzling all the way around. I’ve included a short VIDEO showing all sides of the specimen to give you a good idea of its three-dimensional shape. Guaranteed to AMAZE and delight!
