Quartz, Arsenopyrite, Apatite
Yaogangxian Mine, Hunan Province, China
11.3 x 7.7 x 6.2 cm.
A beautifully composed, three-mineral display specimen from China. It features a sharp and shiny complex Arsenopyrite crystal perfectly placed in the middle of a cluster of white to clear Quartz crystals. There is also a nice grouping of clear Apatite crystals attached to the rear of the cluster. The Arsenopyrite crystal is very well-formed and the largest Quartz point (over inches long) is perfectly terminated. This lovely specimen actually stands on its own to display perfectly as pictured.
